How Pricing Works
The rules behind the numbers
Six things worth knowing before you compare us with anyone else in Dublin. All of them apply to every booking we take.

Hourly or fixed
Regular house cleaning and office cleaning are charged by the hour. Deep cleaning, end of tenancy, after builders and Airbnb turnovers have a fixed price set by the number of bedrooms, so the figure does not move if the job runs long.

Minimum 3 hours
Hourly cleans start at 3 hours. That is the shortest visit in which a home can be finished properly rather than rushed.

Recurring saves you money
Book weekly and you save 10%. Every two weeks saves 5%. Monthly is a contract, priced on request. The discount applies to the recurring clean itself.

Extras are priced separately
Oven, fridge, interior windows and carpets are add-ons, so you only pay for the ones you actually ask for. Nothing is added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.

Prices exclude VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT. The figures on this page are the cleaning price itself, with nothing folded in and nothing held back.

Nothing here is binding
Your final price is confirmed before we book you in. If your property is unusual, very large or has not been cleaned in a long time, we say so on the call rather than at the door.

Your property size
The number of bedrooms, and roughly how many bathrooms. Bedrooms set every fixed price on this page.

The service you want
Regular, deep, end of tenancy, after builders, office or an Airbnb turnover. If you are not sure which one fits, describe the state of the place and we will tell you.

Your preferred date
A date and a rough time of day. We work Mon to Sun, 8:00 to 20:00, so evenings and weekends are normal bookings, not favours.

Where you are
Your area or Eircode. We cover County Dublin and travel across Kildare, Wicklow, Louth, Westmeath, Offaly, Carlow and Meath.
05
Any extras
Oven, fridge, interior windows or carpets, and roughly how many. We add them to the quote there and then.
06
How we get in
Whether you will be there, or we collect a key or use an entry code. Access is agreed in advance, never improvised on the day.
