Moving out in Dublin is a queue of deadlines: the van, the meter readings, the handover time the agent picked for you. The clean is the only item on that list with money attached to it, because the inspection at the end of it decides whether your deposit comes back whole.
We clean the property to the standard it will be inspected at, then leave it ready for you to hand the keys over. One fixed price, set by the size of the property and agreed before we start, so the last bill of your tenancy is not the one that surprises you.
If you are the landlord rather than the tenant, it is the same clean between tenancies, so the property photographs well and lets again quickly.

What Is Included
Every room taken back to handover
A move out clean is not a bigger version of a weekly clean. It is done in the order an agent walks the property, top to bottom, inside before outside.

- Worktops, splashback and sink descaled and dried
- Hob and extractor degreased
- Cupboards and drawers cleared, wiped inside and out
- Appliance exteriors, including the sides you only see once they are pulled out
- Floor washed up to the skirting

Where your deposit is decided
An inspection is rarely failed in the middle of the room. It is failed on the enamel inside the oven, on the shelf at the back of the fridge, inside a cupboard nobody emptied and along a grout line in the shower.
These are the least flattering photographs we own and the only ones that answer the question you actually have. Oven interiors are an add-on at €60 and fridge interiors at €40. On a move out clean, that is the cheapest part of your deposit you will ever protect.

Before you hand back the keys
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally yes. Furniture out, wardrobes and cupboards cleared, fridge emptied and switched off. We can then clean inside and behind everything, which is exactly where an inspection goes. If it is a furnished let, or a few things are still in the property on the day, tell us when you book and we will plan the visit around it.
Are oven and fridge cleaning included?
They are add-ons, oven cleaning at €60 and fridge cleaning at €40, and on a move out clean they are the two we would always suggest. The inside of the oven is the first door most agents open. Anything you add is priced before the job, never added to the bill afterwards.
How is the price worked out?
By the size of the property rather than by the hour, so a stubborn oven does not turn into a bigger bill. End of tenancy is priced exactly as our deep clean, from €220 for a 1 bedroom to €600 for a 4 bedroom, before any add-ons. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Your final price is confirmed before we book you in.
How much notice do you need?
Send us the handover date as soon as the agent gives it to you and we will confirm what we have free. We work Mon to Sun, 8:00 to 20:00, so the clean can usually sit between the movers leaving and the inspection.
