Every price we charge, in the open
You should be able to see what a clean costs before you pick up the phone. These are our published rates, the same ones we quote from. Read them, work out roughly what your clean will cost, then talk to us and we confirm the exact figure.
01 · Hourly Rates
Cleaning charged by the hour
Hourly work suits regular cleaning and smaller jobs. Anything that covers a whole property is usually cheaper at the fixed prices further down.
House cleaning, regular
Dusting, hoovering and mopping, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms cleaned and sanitised, bins emptied. Weekly, bi-weekly or once-off, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.

Deep cleaning, hourly
Charged by the hour where a fixed price does not fit, for example one room or part of a property. Whole homes are usually booked at the fixed price below.

After builders cleaning, hourly
For smaller jobs after a renovation, a single room or a snag list finished off. Larger sites are priced per property below.

Offices and commercial spaces cleaned around your working hours, on the days that suit you.

Deep Cleaning & End of Tenancy

End of tenancy cleaning is priced exactly as a deep clean. Moving out and deep cleaning are the same work, so we charge the same for both.

Construction dust travels into every track, hinge and socket, which is why an after builders clean costs more than a deep clean of the same property. Sites that are still being finished are quoted after we see them.

03 · Short Stays
Turnovers priced per property
A turnover is the between-guest clean with a linen change and restocking. The deep clean column is the seasonal reset, priced the same as any other deep clean.
Hosts with several properties usually run on a standing arrangement rather than booking one clean at a time. Tell us how many units you have and how often they turn over, and we price it together.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Your final price is confirmed before we book you in.

Do these prices include VAT?
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT. The figure you agree with us before the booking is the figure we work to.
Is the price on this page my final price?
These are our published rates. Fixed price cleans are set by the number of bedrooms, hourly work starts at the rates above. Your final price is confirmed before we book you in.
Is there a minimum booking?
Regular house cleaning has a minimum booking of 3 hours. Fixed price cleans are priced per property, so no hourly minimum applies to them.
Is end of tenancy dearer than a deep clean?
No. End of tenancy cleaning is priced exactly the same as deep cleaning, from €220 for a one bedroom and €600 for four bedrooms.
What if my property is larger than four bedrooms?
Anything larger than four bedrooms, or a property in unusual condition, is priced individually. Send us the details or ring us and we will give you the figure.
Do I pay extra for products and equipment?
No. Our team arrives with professional, eco-friendly products and all the equipment needed for the job.
How do the recurring discounts work?
Weekly cleaning saves 10% and bi-weekly saves 5%, applied to each recurring clean. Contract, priced on request covers monthly and longer cycles.
Do these prices apply outside Dublin?
We cover County Dublin and travel across Kildare, Wicklow, Louth, Westmeath, Offaly, Carlow and Meath. Send us your Eircode when you get in touch and your price is confirmed before anything is booked.
