A deep clean is the one you book when hoovering and wiping is no longer enough. We work through the property room by room and spend the time on everything a weekly visit never reaches: limescale on taps and shower screens, grease on appliance exteriors, skirting boards, doors and frames, window sills and tracks, radiators, switch plates and the high or awkward corners that get left when the clock is running.
It is a single visit, with nothing recurring and nothing to sign. Choose a fixed price for the size of your property or buy time by the hour, and your price is confirmed before we put you in the diary. It is the clean to book before guests arrive, after a long winter, before a new baby, or when a property has sat empty for a while.

Kitchen
- Worktops, splashback and wall tiling degreased
- Hob, extractor and appliance exteriors wiped down
- Sink, taps and drainer descaled, chrome polished
- Cupboard doors, handles and kickboards cleaned
- Floor washed into the corners and along the units

End of tenancy cleaning is priced from exactly the same table, from €220 for a 1 bedroom. If your clean is for a handover or a deposit, book that one instead.

What does a deep clean add over a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a home ticking over: surfaces, floors, kitchen, bathroom, bins. A deep clean does all of that and then keeps going, into limescale on taps and screens, grease on appliance exteriors, skirting boards, doors and frames, window sills and tracks, radiators, switch plates and the high or awkward spots that get skipped when the clock is running.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the property and the state it is in, so we agree the day and the start time with you when you book rather than quoting a number of hours you cannot check. A deep clean takes considerably longer than a regular visit, which is why it is priced as a whole job.
Is the inside of the oven and fridge included?
The fixed price covers appliance exteriors, hob and extractor. A full oven interior is an extra at €60, and a fridge interior at €40. Add either when you book and it is in the price you are quoted.
Do I need to be there, or supply anything?
No on both counts. Our team arrives with professional, eco-friendly products and all the equipment needed for the job. You are welcome to be there, but you can also leave a key or an entry code instead. Access is arranged with you in advance.
Is a deep clean the same as an end of tenancy clean?
The work is the same standard and the price is identical, from €220 for a 1 bedroom. The difference is the audience: an end of tenancy clean is aimed at a landlord or letting agent inspection, so the property is cleaned empty and the appliance interiors matter more. If you are moving out, book that one.
